SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order. We aim to pack and process your order within the next 2 working days.
Any orders made over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on Monday, as we don’t ship during the weekend.
Please note: Due to covid-19 and holiday seasons, delivery times may take longer than usual. Please allow the estimated delivery time to pass before contacting us.
Return & Exchange Policy
āDue to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 14 days.
Refund Policy
Once we’re notified of your items you need to return, you then have 14 days to return the goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days
